The TRDCC has 31,000 sq ft available for tenants to lease and occupy. You may see the floor plans to help guide you and see if you'd like to lease the 1,500 - 31,000 sq ft open for occupancy starting around 4th Quarter 2010.

You may also review a survey of the property to help you better visualize the building and on-site parking.

Our current rental information for the space, prices as follows:

Base Rent: $17.50 per sqft, triple net

Triple Net: $3.50 per sqft

Total Rent: $21.00 per sqft gross + Tenant                  Electric/Utilities

Plus Tenant Fit Up Allowance provided by Landlord as provided in work letter.
